Mount Brandon on the Dingle Penninsula
Mount Brandon, on the northern side of the Dingle Peninsula in Co. Kerry, has one of the country's highest mountains, at 3,127 ft (952 m), and the most westerly point. Twenty minutes drive over the fabulous Conor Pass - the highest mountain pass in Ireland - will take you to Dingle - Daingean Uí Chúis, famous for it's dolphin - Fungie. Dingle also has a host of traditional pubs and restaurants, and is the gateway to the "West", with its beautiful views and scenic drives and the famous 'Ring of Kerry'.

on the Dingle Road - N86 (44 mins). After 24km take the R560, through Cloghane, to Brandon Pier, 26km.
